My experience with Ray for the first time was excellent. Needed a starter last week for my 335i and he came through. Service from him and his staff member who helped me at such short notice was phenomenal. Above and beyond. Got it same day that I asked, and I put it in same day. Thanks again Ray, really appreciate it.

Had a few repairs done on my E39 BMW. Ray did such a quick job and for such a good price considering the amount of work that I had gotten done. Would have costed thousand plus at other places where as done for much less at HellBM. Highly recommended from my experience. Will definitely be going back in the future if I have any maintenance or repairs to do

Had manual conversion done for 5k with a "New Clutch". This WAS my best experience with a BMW mechanic TILL I required support. The trans showed signs of slip after the first month and after another month of daily driving got worse. Contacted Ray with my concerns who replied 1st: saying "ummm get a new clutch?" 2nd: Accused me of probably abusing the car. 3rd "told me it wasnt new" till I reminded him that was not what he discussed with me so contacted his "supplier". Has avoided me since.Robbed

Engine swap in my E30, with o/hauled engine prepared by HellBM, just excellent. Worked in with my out of town timetable, and made it happen. Just tops.

Great service and people. I got an alternator off them and it didn't work, They happily replaced it and working 100%. (Do note both were used parts) Top service from Ray and the team. Top recommendation from myself and will return for future work on my BMW's

Ray and his team have fitted a new trans to my E39 540i and now carry out general servicing. Very happy with the service provided by these guys. They are true enthusiasts and I'd recommend to anyone with a BMW.

Ray and his team recently converted my E34 535i Auto to manual. Ray was easy to deal with, and the price quoted was unbelievably good. It was a faultless job, delivered in the time promised and not a penny over the quote. I would happily recommend HellBM to anyone.

Very happy we came across these guys. Motor transplant on a 97 318ti with a blown headgasket. Got a motor with half the km's of the original ,Fitted to the car for $1000 less than others wanted just to do the head gasket thanks fellas good job send anyone you want to me for a glowing reference
