We have had a Kiwivac since we moved house 8 years ago. We preferred our pull-along vacuum cleaner as it had more suction but loved the floor vent in the kitchen for the sweepings. When this broke we called William, he fixed it quickly & efficiently. William didn't think our whole system was working correctly so took our unit away and found that it had an incorrect filter in it blocking the suction. William fixed our unit which now great! We installed a Kiwivac Central vac system in our new house 10 years ago. Had absolutely no problems with it and so when we bought our new house it was a no brainer to have a system retrofitted by Kiwivac. Well they turned up, piped our whole house (280 sqm ) and installed a complete vacuum system in one day. Unbelievable service and no mess was left All for under 3K, fantastic people.
