I had Ross's Plumbing out to connect up my built in bbq to my home gas cylinders and they were excellent. The guy discussed a couple of ways of doing it and the result was tidy and works very well. I found their communication very good, easy to talk to the people that answer the phone and to the owner. They let me know when they were going to be here and there was no mess left. I highly recommend them.

It rips off customers by cheating hours, and intentionally leaves some issues and issues broke out after one or two months for you to call them back to do another job and charge you again. in Brief , it is a cheating company

Bad communication which took over 7 weeks to complete a simple job.
