We’re trialling a new messaging service

We’re always looking for ways we can make buying and selling even easier for Kiwis. That’s why we’re trialling a new feature called ‘Messages’ that allows buyers and sellers to communicate with each other through a new messaging platform. 

‘Messages’ is available on our yellow app between a buyer and seller after a purchase has been made. Through ‘Messages’, you can chat about an item, organise delivery, and raise any issues with the other party. However, you won’t be able to share links or personal information (like full names, credit card details, or email addresses).
