Search tips 🔍
- Look in the right place: All listings can be found in the Residential For Sale category.
- Location, location, location: Every listing has a region, a district, and a suburb. Use the location filters to help focus your search. Even a broad region search, like "Canterbury" or "Southland," is a great place to start.
- Use our new AI search: Mention the most distinct aspects of the clue to help find the location and the listing!
- Map it out: If you know the general location, switch from the default list view to the map view. You can then zoom in on the specific town or area mentioned in the clue and visually hunt for the property pin.
- The price is (not) right: Don't worry about entering a price range. All of our hidden listings are priced differently, so keep your focus on the location.
- Double-check your filters: Make sure you haven't accidentally left a filter for bedrooms, bathrooms, or land area switched on from a previous search.
