With Global Property Network, all Gold, Platinum and rental listings will be published automatically on five property portals around the world to reach a growing audience of international buyers. Browse these FAQs for more information.

What is Global Property Network?

Global Property Network (GPN) is a group of property portals around the world that work together to advertise listings globally. For our customers, this means that you will have the opportunity to advertise your listings to an international audience and increase the exposure of your listing.

Who can use GPN?

All licensed offices that list in the Residential For Sale category and that have a Trade Me Property Gold or Platinum package applied to their listing will be advertised on GPN. All Trade Me Property customers who list in the Residential for Rent category will be advertised on GPN. No specific package is required.

Note: GPN is only available to REA licensed agencies.

What websites are part of GPN?

How long will it take for my listing to appear on GPN?

It can take up to 24 hours for the listing to appear on GPN. Listings are uploaded overnight so will be published by the next day.

How long will it take for my listing to be updated or removed from GPN?

It can take up to 24 hours for the listing to be updated on GPN. Listings updates are made overnight so will be updated by the next day.

How do I edit my listing on GPN?

Simply update your listing as you normally would on Trade Me and this will automatically update your listing on the GPN sites overnight.

Who receives the email enquiry for GPN?

Enquiries are sent to all listing agents (i.e. both if there are two). The email will be addressed from the listing portal that the enquiry is sent from but it will also include the Trade Me Property logo.

What are the minimum requirements for a listing to appear on GPN?

All listings must have at least 1 photo to appear on GPN. They must also have contact details for the listing advertiser.

Do I need to action anything on my end for my listings that are currently on Trade Me Property to appear on GPN?

All taken care of. As long as your listing meets the requirements to be on GPN, this will happen automatically.

Can I advertise my For Sale listing on GPN if I don’t have a Platinum or Gold Package applied to it?

Unfortunately not. Having one of these packages applied to the Trade Me Property listing is the only way to appear on GPN.

Do other property portals in New Zealand offer this service?

No, this is an exclusive offer from Trade Me Property and no other portals offer the exposure on GPN.
