Hamilton skyline to be transformed with city’s first-ever skyscraper

Hamilton's skyline is set for a major transformation with the proposed Victoria St Tower, the city's first skyscraper.

Developed by Templeton Group, the 25-storey riverfront building will feature a five-star hotel, luxury residences, hospitality venues, and a rooftop bar. This $100 million project, designed by Ignite Architects, aims to address Hamilton's growing need for accommodation and will become the city's tallest building.

Construction dates for the landmark development have not yet been confirmed.
