Hamilton skyline to be transformed with city’s first-ever skyscraper

Hamilton's skyline is set for a major transformation with the planned Victoria St Tower, the city's first skyscraper. Developed by Templeton Group, the 25-storey, $100M building will be a "vertical city" on the Waikato riverfront.

Designed by Ignite Architects, the mixed-use tower will feature:

- A five-star hotel

- Residences and serviced apartments

- Hospitality venues and a rooftop bar

The project will become Hamilton's tallest building, aiming to meet the city's growing demand for premium accommodation.
