Hamilton skyline to be transformed with city’s first-ever skyscraper

Hamilton's skyline is set for a major transformation with the planned Victoria St Tower, the city's first skyscraper. Developed by Templeton Group, the 25-storey, $100 million project will be located on the Waikato River.

Designed by Ignite Architects, this "vertical city" will feature a five-star hotel, residences, hospitality, and a rooftop bar. The tower aims to meet Hamilton's growing demand for accommodation and will become the city's tallest building, though construction dates are not yet confirmed.
