We’re looking for a detail-driven Finance Administrator who loves numbers, thrives on accuracy, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. About the Role As a Finance Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the finance function and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with the Head of Finance and other internal teams to deliver accurate and timely financial processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, manage supplier and customer queries, and assist with reconciliations.
  • Payroll Processing: Handle fortnightly payroll, maintain leave records, and respond to payroll-related queries.
  • Month-End Support: Assist with reporting, reconciliations, and preparation of GST and other returns.
  • General Finance Coordination: Support expense tracking, subscription renewals, and credit card reconciliations.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar finance or administration role.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency with Xero (or similar accounting software) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
