About the role We’re looking for a reliable and detail‑focused Accounts Payable & Claims team member. This is a full‑time role with a strong focus on accounts payable, alongside the processing of claims. You’ll play an important part in keeping our financial processes running smoothly, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • End‑to‑end accounts payable processing
  • Reconciliation of invoices, purchase orders, and approvals
  • Processing Bank Statements (payments)
  • Data entry and uploading data into Microsoft D365
  • Maintaining accurate supplier records
  • Responding to supplier and internal queries in a timely manner
  • Processing claims accurately and efficiently using SharePoint and our Transport Management System (TMS)
  • Supporting month‑end and reporting activities as required
  • Working collaboratively with the wider team

About you We’re keen to hear from people who:

  • Have experience in an accounts or finance administration role (preferred)
  • Have strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Are organised and able to manage deadlines
  • Enjoy building positive working relationships with suppliers and colleagues
  • Are a team player with a proactive, can‑do attitude
  • Are comfortable working with financial systems and MS Office
