Accounts Receivable Officer

As part of their growth strategy, they are seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer who wants to be part of a high-performing, values-driven team where integrity matters, relationships come first, and every detail counts.
About the role Key responsibilities:
- Customer payment processing and bank reconciliation
- Communication with customers regarding overdue accounts and other account queries
- Implementation of Company Credit policies and procedures
- Processing documentation for customer returns, recharges, and warranty claims
About you To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Strong customer service focus
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, accounts receivable procedures, and financial reconciliation
- Strong understanding of inventory movement
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Motivation and a willingness to learn attitude
