We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our contracting and orchard businesses , ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and driving long-term business success. About the Role This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage seasonal labour planning, orchard operations, compliance, and client relationships. You’ll work closely with growers, government agencies, and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes across the business. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong grower/client relationships
• Plan and manage seasonal labour allocations
• Liaise with Government agencies such as Ministry of Social Development etc.
• Oversee orchard activities and ensure GlobalGAP compliance
• Mentor staff and implement best horticultural practices
• Maintain accurate records and ensure legal compliance
• Manage budgets, reporting, and third-party communications What You’ll Bring
• Diploma in Horticulture or 5+ years in a similar role
• Current GrowSafe certificate
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
