Magnum Compliance specialises in imported vehicle entry compliance, ensuring vehicles meet NZTA standards before entering the New Zealand market.

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Workshop Foreman to join our busy workshop. This is a key leadership role, working closely with our customers, mechanics, branch managers and our experienced compliance team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, support, and motivate a team of technicians
• Allocate jobs and manage daily workflow to meet deadlines
• Order parts and liaise with multiple suppliers and customers
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support
• Maintain inventory of parts and materials, ensuring availability for repairs
• Conduct regular quality inspections on completed work to maintain high standards of workmanship
• Handle customer enquiries related to repairs, providing clear recommendations and solutions
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all workshop activities

About You:

• 1-2 years' experience in a supervisory or foreman role within an automotive environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality workmanship
• A proactive, practical leader who leads by example
