About the opportunity:
Our client has been a trusted name in the heavy vehicle repair and maintenance industry for over 25 years, with six fully equipped workshops across Auckland, they ensure easy access to top-notch services for fleet owners in their districts.
Our client is seeking an experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join their team in Penrose. Working Monday to Saturday, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and servicing a variety of trucks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, service, and repair a variety of heavy vehicles.
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure vehicles perform at their best.
- Work alongside a team of skilled mechanics to maintain high standards of safety and quality.
- Handle paperwork efficiently to ensure a smooth workflow.

About you:
- Qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic with proven hands-on experience
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines and heavy vehicles
- Great problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Team player with solid communication skills
- Eligible to work in New Zealand
