About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Warranty Administrator to join our Cambridge team. This is a busy, detail focused role that acts as a key link between our service division and our manufacturers and suppliers.
Reporting to the Group Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and processing warranty claims for service and repair jobs, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted within required timeframes. You will liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to follow up on claim approvals and resolutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing, submitting, and managing warranty claims within given timeframes
- Ensuring all claims are supported with correct job cards, technician reports, and documentation
- Tracking claim progress and following up on approvals or additional requirements
- Working closely with the Service Managers and Parts team to ensure accurate warranty and parts allocation
- Maintaining warranty records, databases, and compliance documentation
- Conducting regular audit processes and following up on outcomes
About You:
You’re organised, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working with detail heavy processes and can manage multiple claims at once and maintain a professional, friendly approach at all times.
You will bring:
- A solid mechanical background with an understanding of workshop or machinery repair environments
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Solid computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook
- An ability to pick up new IT systems (training provided)
- Great communication skills and strong attention to detail
Ideal Experience:
- Background in warranty administration (automotive, truck, or heavy machinery preferred)
- Exposure to workshop/job card systems and service processes
- Administrative experience in an office environment
- Hands-on mechanical or agricultural machinery experience (trade, workshop, or field service background highly desirable)
- An interest in agricultural machinery and a willingness to learn
