Industry Motor Group is a well-established, 100% NZ-owned dealership with branches in Penrose, Takanini, and Hamilton. We pride ourselves on delivering vehicles to a premium standard and maintaining exceptional presentation across our yards.

We're looking for a Detailing Specialist / Vehicle Groomer who takes pride in their work and is eager to learn and grow within our business.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role where you'll ensure our vehicles are presented to the highest standard before sale and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cutting and polishing vehicles to a high standard
• Applying ceramic coatings (training provided)
• Repairing minor paint defects, including stone chips
• Full vehicle grooming and detailing (interior & exterior)
• Maintaining yard cleanliness and presentation
• Supporting general yard duties as required

What We're Looking For:

• A genuine passion for cars and pride in presentation
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in cutting and polishing (preferred)
• Background in panel & paint highly regarded
• Ceramic coating experience not essential - we will train the right person
• Willingness to learn and develop your skills
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
• Full, clean driver's licence
