Service Advisor

With 19 nationwide branches supporting Hino, Mack, Volvo and UD Truck & Bus, we have grown to become the largest supplier of truck & bus parts and workshop services in New Zealand.

The role

With the addition of Volvo Truck & Bus and UD Trucks to our existing franchises starting February 2026 we need to grow our team, with an opportunity opening for an additional Service Advisor to become a key part of our busy service team based in Palmerston North.

Candidates should be aware that the role will focus heavily on processing and administrative tasks related to warranty claims. This includes documentation review, data entry, claims submissions, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer requirements.

As familiarity with our systems and processes grows, responsibilities will gradually shift into the full scope of service advisory duties, which will see you:

• making bookings
• opening & closing workshop jobs and preparing job cards
• processing warranty claims within specified timeframes
• loading the workshop to capacity and liaising with technicians
• monitoring work-in-progress and updating customers on job progress
• preparing job cards for invoicing
• ensuring a high level of customer service
