What You'll Be Doing

• Engaging with customers face-to-face and building lasting relationships
• Understanding customer needs and matching them to the right vehicle
• Delivering exceptional service at every step of the sales process
• Hosting customers in our showroom and representing our brand with professionalism
• Working a 5-6 day roster, including Saturdays and/or Sundays
• Staying up to date with Toyota's latest products, features, and technologies

What We're Looking For

• Automotive sales experience is preferred, but not essential - we hire attitude
• A driven, motivated individual who enjoys achieving goals
• Strong ability to build rapport and communicate confidently
• Resilient, persistent, and customer-focused
• Professional, well-presented, and team-oriented
• Knowledge of the automotive market is a bonus
