Due to growth, we are looking for a driven Trainee Business (F&I) Manager to join our team. Working closely with our experienced Business Managers, you will get the opportunity to learn from the best, assist our vehicle sales teams and provide our customers with a fantastic range of finance and insurance options.

To succeed in this position, you'll need:

• The ability to listen and the confidence to sell
• Exceptional customer service and people skills
• Strong computer skills with the ability to pick up new systems
• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
• An eye for detail and exceptional administration skills
• Preferably you will have transferrable skills ideally from a career in Sales or Banking.

We would expect a successful candidate to grow to being a fully productive Business Manager within 12 months.

Weekend work is required & those willing to maximise their earning potential will utilise these days best, but we operate a very fair roster equating to FIVE DAYS per week.
