About the Opportunity:

We're looking for a customer-focused Aftersales Advisor to join our friendly and professional team at Manukau Toyota.

In this key role, you'll be the connection between our customers, service technicians, and parts department - ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth, positive experience from booking through to vehicle handover.

If you have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in automotive service and ideally parts, this is a great opportunity to be part of a high-performing dealership with excellent career prospects.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing customer bookings, updates, and follow-ups to ensure an exceptional experience
• Creating and processing job cards, estimates, and invoices accurately
• Coordinating with technicians and the parts team to ensure smooth workflow
• Assisting with parts ordering, warranty returns, and stock management
• Supporting service administration, documentation, and daily operational tasks
• Building strong relationships with customers and promoting Toyota service excellence

About You:

You're approachable, organised, and passionate about delivering great service. You take pride in your work and enjoy being part of a supportive team.

You will bring:

• Experience in an automotive service advisor or parts role (dealership experience preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail in invoicing and administration
• Confidence using computer systems (DMS, Microcat, or similar)
• A good understanding of workshop or parts operations
• A clean full NZ driver's licence
