This role would suit an experienced Automotive Business Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong customer relationships, and consistently achieving results.

About You
- Proven experience in an Automotive Business Manager or F&I role
- Track record of achieving and exceeding finance and insurance targets
- Strong knowledge of lending, compliance, and dealership finance processes
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Professional communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
- Ability to work effectively within a high-performing sales environment
