We're looking for an experienced, self-driven Mortgage Adviser to join our successful Wanaka team. This role is ideal for a sole operator who wants to grow faster, work smarter, and deliver even better outcomes for clients - with the backing of a market-leading brand and full operational support.

About the role:

You'll focus on what you do best - advising clients and writing quality business - while leveraging the systems, support, and scale of a leading group.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Establish and foster referral relationships, typically in the areas of Real Estate, Accountants, Solicitors and Financial Planners.
• Establish business generation from sources outside of business referrers, such as social media, interest groups such as sporting, social, cultural / religious, family and friends.
• Provide hands on, service focussed solution to all client enquiries, qualifying and then managing all loan applications from enquiry through to settlement.
• Provide ongoing client service by way of managing all client fixed rate roll over expiries as they occur.
• Maintain client database in MyCRM database for ongoing management, as well as providing ongoing communication via regular newsletters.
• Provide support to business owner as required

About you:

• An established Mortgage Adviser (ideally currently self-employed or running your own book)
• Proven lending experience and strong industry knowledge
• A client-first mindset with a passion for delivering great outcomes
• Motivated to grow your business with the support of a larger platform
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
