The Role: This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established and respected Civil Construction Company in the mighty Wairarapa. We're seeking a Estimator or Junior Project Manager work on a variety of Civil projects, including subdivisions, drainage, maintenance and roading.

This role sees you reporting to the Commercial Manager, joining an experienced team to manage the full tender process, including preparation, review, and delivery of tenders and quotes, variations, and risk prediction.

What you'll bring:

• Proven tendering experience within roading and/or civil infrastructure construction
• Be commercially and result focused, with a practical approach to problem solving
• Ability to review plans and specifications to determine material quantities, labour requirements, and itemised costs
• Good communication skills, handle client and key stakeholder engagement
• Proficient with CCS Candy or Benchmark and Microsoft Projects
• Sound knowledge of NZS 3910:2013
• Full NZ Class 1 Driver Licence.
• NZ Residency or Citizenship
