Description

The Role: The role is vital to the delivery of our services to the customers and other stake holder within the business. As the estimations coordinator you'll be the first port of call for trade customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Provide Coordination for estimating quotations, price management and customer service to support Trade Sales and trade customers.
  • Take clear briefs and ensure all relevant information is gathered
  • Working with suppliers to get quotes and pricing for special orders
  • Compile the quotes, present to the customer and manage workflow effectively
  • Manage information input into all relevant systems and follow up and manage all quotations given to Account Managers
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and ensure the right information is communicate to the right people.

This role is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. Based in our Saxton road branch in Nelson.

About you: The role would suit someone with solid coordination and administration experience, with system and process experience. Passion for the building industry and customer Centrix.

  • Have a genuine interest in the building industry and keen to grow in this space
  • Understand key aspects of the construction process is preferred
  • A strong eye for detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent skills in using computer for administrative role and ability to quick learn new systems
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
  • Highly customer focused with strong relationship building skills.
