The Role: We are currently seeking a Civil Estimator, based in our Wellington office, who will thrive in providing leadership to our award winning team.

To succeed in this role, you will have a proven record for securing contracts, attribute writing and a thorough knowledge of tendering and the documentation process. You will be responsible for the management, coordination and preparation of estimating and tendering documents.

Our ideal applicant will have a successful track record of pricing and tendering to win profitable projects. You will also be adept at pricing labour and materials with commercial astuteness. Prior staff management experience will be advantageous.

What We’re looking For:

• NZ Degree in Quantity Surveying, or
• NZ equivalent Engineering qualification
• Familiar with Candy Estimating Software
• Experience with digital measurement software e.g. Bluebeam.
• Proven experience in the Auckland civil infrastructure market
• Superb communication and organisational skills
• A stable and successful NZ work history, minimum 4 years experience
