About the role:

We're looking for an HSQE Business Partner to join our Transmission and Growth division. In this role, you'll work closely with operational teams to embed a strong safety culture, ensure compliance, and drive improvements across health, safety, quality, and environmental standards. You will act as the go-to HSQE expert for your assigned business units, champion proactive safety through coaching and leadership, and support incident investigations while contributing to strategic HSQE planning. The role also involves conducting site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, building strong relationships with operational leaders, contractors, and regulatory bodies, and leading continuous improvement initiatives that help protect our people and the environment.

About you:

-Relevant HSQE qualification (Level 4 HSQE Diploma, NEBOSH, or equivalent).

-5+ years' experience in HSQE roles, ideally in contracting, energy, or electrical distribution.

-Strong knowledge of health and safety principles and risk management.

-Experience in investigations, audits, and assurance reporting.

-Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

-A practical background in electrical or civil construction is advantageous.
