The ideal candidate suited for this role is a Waikato local, but we are also open to candidates residing in Auckland, with a living allowance provided.

As a Working Foreman, you are responsible for being the point of contact between site workers and supervisors. Daily tasks involve maintenance work on existing Commercial Builds and Council infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the coordination of all maintenance works and ensuring that they are in accordance with priorities and plans
- Producing schedules and monitoring the attendance of the crew
- Good understanding of placing requisition of materials and tracking expenditure, staying within the budget
- Having the ability to accurately report daily tasks in a timely manner
- Identifying and resolving problems that may arise during its works and processes
- Guaranteeing and implementing safety precautions while also ensuring that quality standards are met
- Able to report its progress to managers, supervisors, engineers, and other relevant personnel.
- Able to work within the Waikato region.
- Good understanding of placing requisition materials.
- Having the ability to accurately report daily tasks in a timely manner.
