The Role
We're looking for reliable General Labourers with a Full Class 1 licence to join a busy civil construction team working across the Manawatu. If you're hardworking, safety-focused, and keen to build your skills, this is a great opportunity to step into ongoing civil work.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general labouring tasks: digging, lifting, site clean-up, and using hand tools
- Assist with daily site set-ups, pack-downs, and supporting the wider crew
- Drive company vehicles as required (Class 1 essential)
- Follow all Health & Safety protocols and contribute to a safe worksite

Hours
- Monday to Friday, early starts (approx. 6-6:30am)
- 8-10 hour days, weather and workload dependent
- Occasional Saturday half-days during peak periods
Requirements
- Full Class 1 licence - essential
- Physically fit and keen to get stuck in
- Able to pass a drug test and Ministry of Justice check
- A good attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability
