We're looking for a physically fit, hard-working individual to join our surfacing and minor construction crew in Central Otago. This is a hands-on role, working alongside a crew that backs each other every step of the way.

We've got a spot for you on a team that's known for its good attitude, strong work ethic, and a great sense of humour. With a busy surfacing season ahead, you'll be out and about across the region, helping shape the roads and infrastructure that keep our communities moving.

The Opportunity

You'll be someone who's not afraid of good honest hard work, enjoys being outdoors, and takes pride in doing a job well. We're after a team player who's reliable, safety-focused, and ready to learn.

In a****ddition to the above you will:

• Hold a Full Class 1 licence (Class 2 preferred - we'll help you get it if needed, conditions apply)
• WTR endorsement is a bonus, but not essential
• Solid work ethic and enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting amongst it.
• A safety-first mindset and commitment to quality
• Good communication skills and a sense of humour
• Willingness to learn and grow in the industry
