About The Role Max People are looking for motivated and reliable crew members to join a busy solar installation team across Christchurch. If you've got plenty of get up-and-go, enjoy hands-on work, and like being part of a tight-knit crew — this is a great opportunity to get stuck in.
You'll help install solar panels on residential and commercial sites, working efficiently with a supportive team to ensure safe, quality installs. This crew gets rewarded for working hard and getting the job done — early finishes are common, and you'll still get a full day's pay.

What You Will Be Doing
- Assisting with installing solar panels on roofs and structures
- Using hand and power tools
- Lifting, positioning, and securing solar panels
- Following all site safety procedures
- Working efficiently within a supportive team
What We Require
- Fit, reliable, and ready to work
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working at heights (training can be provided)
- Experience with tools or in a trade environment (preferred)
- Team player with strong communication
- Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe - we can assist with this.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
