We're working alongside a well established civil contractor delivering a range of civil construction projects across the Franklin and Drury area. With a long pipeline of work secured, they're looking for reliable Civil Labourers to join their site teams. This role suits someone who enjoys physical, hands on work, understands construction sites, and takes pride in contributing to a job done properly. You'll be part of a crew where safety, teamwork, and work ethic matter.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with day to day civil construction activities on site
• Moving, loading, and handling materials, tools, and equipment
• Supporting earthworks, trenching, and general site preparation
• Assisting tradespeople, operators, and supervisors as required
• Helping with site set up, clean up, and maintaining safe work areas
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

• Turning up on time and ready for the day

• Following instructions and site safety requirements
• Working steadily and safely as part of a team
• Taking pride in keeping sites tidy and controlled

What we're looking for

• Previous experience on civil or construction sites preferred
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
• Happy working outdoors in all conditions
• Reliable transport to and from site
• A positive attitude and solid work ethic

Required tickets and requirements These are required and are a barrier to entry:

• ConstructSafe or Site Safe (or willingness to obtain immediately)
• Full Class 1 Drivers Licence or Restricted with ability to obtain Full
• Ability to pass a pre employment drug test
• Satisfactory Ministry of Justice criminal background check
