About the Role We’re looking for motivated Labourers ready to step into a career pathway role with one of New Zealand’s leading Concrete Cutting companies. This is not just another labouring job — it’s a genuine opportunity to move quickly into a skilled trade, with structured training and excellent earning potential.
What’s on Offer
- Start on $25 p/h as a Labourer (first 800 hours)
- Step up to $27 p/h as a Trainee Cutter/Driller (permanent role)
- Receive full training over 3–6 months
- Progress to $30 p/h + company vehicle once training is complete
- Potential to earn $35+ p/h within 12 months

- Time-and-a-third pay for hours outside 6am–6pm (once permanent)

Skills & Experience
- Physically fit and comfortable with hard, hands-on work
- Reliable, motivated and eager to learn
- Previous labouring experience an advantage but not essential
