Experienced Civil Labourers / Reinstatement Specialists Wanted

Our client specialise in a range of civil works, including excavations, electrical ducting, cable hauling, and reinstatement to council (RCA) standards.

This is a practical, boots-on-the-ground role with a strong focus on asphalt reinstatement and civil repairs. Key responsibilities:

• Carrying out civil excavations around live services (power, gas, water, telco)
• Installing electrical ducting and assisting with cable hauling
• Boxing and placing concrete (driveways, footpaths, and remedial works)
• Preparing and completing asphalt reinstatement (trenches, crossings, small repairs)
• Berm sub installations (green boxes) and pillar box repairs
• Supporting major substation upgrade projects

What we're looking for:

• WTR endorsement (essential)
• Experience working around underground services (preferred)
• Strong asphalt reinstatement experience (highly desirable)
• Concrete boxing and finishing skills
• Reliable, physically fit, and hardworking
• A positive team player with a great attitude
• Flexibility to work overtime and standby (3-week cycle)
