RB Recruitment is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers, Landscapers, and Hammer hands for a range of ongoing opportunities across Christchurch and the wider Canterbury region. We work with a variety of trusted clients across the construction, civil, and landscaping sectors, meaning successful candidates will have access to consistent work, varied projects, and opportunities for both short-term and long-term placements. These roles suit individuals who are keen to work, show up consistently, and are looking to build or continue a solid career in the trades and construction industry.

Depending on experience and placement, duties may include:

• General site labouring and manual handling
• Fencing and decking work
• use of power tools
• Assisting tradespeople on construction sites
• Basic carpentry and hammer hand duties
• Landscaping work including digging, planting, and site preparation
• Civil construction support work
• Site clean-up and preparation
• Following health & safety procedures at all times

What we offer

• Weekly pay raging from $25-$34ph (depending skill set)
• up skilling - eg giving you support to gain more licenses (class 2/4/5/WTR)
• Consistent work (40+ hours a week)
• PPE and the relevant tools of the trade
• Opportunity for long-term placements and permanent roles

This role is Christchurch based. We will not be accepting international applications.
