Tradestaff are looking for Skilled Labourers to join our team in Wanaka.

The work:
- Assist with various construction, maintenance, or manufacturing tasks using specialised skills and tools.
- Perform manual labour tasks including lifting, carrying, digging, and clearing debris.
- Operate machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Support qualified tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, plumbers, electricians) with complex projects.
- Work on a range of tasks related to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, or heavy machinery operation.
- Ensure safety and efficiency on-site at all times.
- Follow instructions and assist with any tasks as required by the project or team.
What we're looking for:
- Relevant experience in construction is a must
- Access to reliable transportation (having a car is a plus)
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
