Digger Operator – Earthworks & Siteworks Full-Time | Competitive Pay | Ongoing Work Opportunities
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Digger Operator to join our earthworks and siteworks clients team. If you take pride in your work, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working outdoors as part of a skilled crew, this could be the role for you.
About the Role:
- You’ll be involved in a variety of civil and construction projects, including:
- Bulk and detailed earthworks
- Site cuts, trenching, and backfilling
- Drainage and foundation preparation
- Operating excavators safely and efficiently
- Assisting with general site duties when required
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience operating diggers/excavators on civil or construction sites
- Competent with machine operation in tight or detailed environments
- Class 1 Full & Valid WTR licence preferred
- Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and quality work
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to get stuck in
