In a****ddition to the above you will:
- Operate the grader with skill and precision across our pavement construction projects.
- Interpret plans and specs to deliver exceptional results.
- Carry out daily equipment checks and basic maintenance.
- Team up with supervisors and crew to meet project goals and deadlines.

We're looking for someone with:
- Full Class 1 driver's licence, WTR and Class 2 endorsements (essential).
- Experience with machine control for graders.
- Solid experience as a grader operator in civil infrastructure.
- Safety-first attitude and keen attention to detail.
- A "get stuck in" approach, reliability, and genuine pride in a job well done.
