We're looking for a motivated individual to join our quarry team as a Plant & Machine Operator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take the next step in their career and develop their skills in a self-driven, quarry-based role.
For the right candidate, this position can be a stepping stone toward future quarry management roles. You'll enjoy flexibility to self-manage while working as part of a supportive team, gaining hands-on experience and growing your expertise in quarry operations.
In addition to the above you will:
- Operate excavators and loaders
- Running mobile, fixed & crushing plants
- Driving trucks, and carrying out important plant maintenance

What We're Looking For
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to health and safety
- Good written and organisational skills
- Minimum Class 2 licence with WTR endorsement
- Loader and/or excavator operational experience
- At least 5 years' experience in the workforce
- Motivated and driven to succeed
