We are looking for a Leading Hand to join our Asphalt Paving Crew based in Mount Maunganui. This is a leadership role where you can still be hands on! Experience in a paving environment is highly sought after.

What you will bring to the role
- You will enjoy leading and motivating your crew or looking to take this step in your career
- Strong operating experience ideally in a paving environment
- Class 2 licence & WTR endorsement is a must
- Computer literacy to manage your workload
- A reasonable level of physical fitness, due to the physical nature of the position
- Self-motivation, a positive attitude and the ability to think for yourself
- Be a reliable, honest and flexible team-player
