The Higgins Green Team in Christchurch has an exciting opportunity for a Specialist Operator to join our Chipsealing crew. In this role, you'll manage the efficient operation of the bitumen sprayer, ensuring accurate and high quality application across our projects.

What you'll bring:
- Previous experience as a sprayer operator in Chipsealing or surfacing
- Class 5 licence with WTR endorsement
- Dangerous Goods licence preferred (we'll support you to gain this if needed)
- A safety first attitude - for yourself and the public
- Team player mindset with flexibility and reliability (rain or shine!)
- Passion for the industry and willingness to work hard and learn
