Are you an experienced operator looking for your next challenge? We are seeking skilled and dedicated Compactor, Tractor, and Digger Operators for upcoming projects. If you have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and a passion for operating heavy machinery, we want to hear from you!
Work days will be Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday. The pay rate range is $25 - $35 per hour, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compactor Operators: Operate compactors to level, compact, and smooth construction surfaces in accordance with project specifications.
- Tractor Operators: Handle tractors for various agricultural and construction tasks, ensuring efficient and effective operation.
- Digger Operators: Utilize diggers to excavate, move, and grade earth, rock, and other materials for construction and landscaping projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating compactors, tractors, or diggers.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to perform equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Valid operating licenses and certifications.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and locations.
