About the Role We're recruiting for a long-term civil construction project in Christchurch, starting February. This is a major site with consistent work, stable crews, and opportunities to stay on long term for the right people.
We are recruiting across a range of positions on this project, including experienced operators, carpenters, formworkers, lead hands, drainage operators. These roles suit people with hands-on civil and construction experience who can work effectively as part of a site crew on a long-term project.

What You Will Be Doing
- Supporting civil construction and drainage works across site
- Assisting with formwork, structural, and in-ground works
- Operating machinery where ticketed and experienced
- Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Following site plans, levels, and supervisor instructions
- Working safely around plant, trucks, and ground crews
- Maintaining strong health & safety standards at all times
- Completing any other tasks required on site
What We Require
- Previous civil or construction site experience
- Ability to work effectively as part of a site crew
- Strong awareness of health & safety requirements
- Relevant tickets or licences an advantage (role dependent)
- Reliable, punctual, and committed work ethic
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
