We're looking for a motivated individual to join our quarry team as a Plant & Machine Operator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take the next step in their career and develop their skills in a self-driven, quarry-based role.

For the right candidate, this position can be a stepping stone toward future quarry management roles. You'll enjoy flexibility to self-manage while working as part of a supportive team, gaining hands-on experience and growing your expertise in quarry operations.

In addition to the above you will:

• Operate excavators and loaders
• Running mobile, fixed & crushing plants
• Driving trucks, and carrying out important plant maintenance

What We're Looking For

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong commitment to health and safety
• Good written and organisational skills
• Minimum Class 2 licence with WTR endorsement
• Loader and/or excavator operational experience
• At least 5 years' experience in the workforce
• Motivated and driven to succeed
