About the role: This is a permanent role suited to someone who is physically fit, reliable, and able to work well as part of a small crew in a hands-on outdoor environment.
Key Duties:
- Assisting the driller with geotechnical drilling operations
- General labouring duties on site
- Handling drill rods, equipment, and site setup/pack-down
- Maintaining a safe and tidy worksite
- Following instructions and working efficiently as part of a team
Requirements:
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Able to take direction well and work safely
- Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
- Must hold a valid NZ Driver Licence
- Class 2 or 4 Licence favourable
- Must be able to pass pre-employment medical checks, including drug and alcohol testing

Previous experience in drilling, construction, or labouring is an advantage, but not essential for the right candidate.
