Ready to get behind the controls and help build the Manawat??
We're on the lookout for a skilled WTR Operator to work alongside an experienced Foreman and drive the successful delivery of local civil projects. If you can operate with precision, jump out of the cab when needed, and keep projects moving, we want to hear from you.
The Role - What You'll Be Doing
- Operate WTR machinery confidently and efficiently on active civil sites
- Work side-by-side with the Foreman to set up, execute, and pack down projects
- Move materials, shape groundworks, and support drainage and infrastructure tasks
- Step in and assist with hands-on labouring to keep the job on track
- Maintain high health and safety standards at all times

Hours
- Typically Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 6:00pm
- Half-day Saturdays as required
- Flexibility required - hours may shift depending on project demands and weather
What You'll Bring
- WTR endorsements (essential)
- Full NZ licence (highly beneficial)
- Proven experience operating diggers, rollers, and other heavy machinery
- Physically fit and willing to jump in on the tools when required
- Ability to pass a drug test and Ministry of Justice check
