Civil Operators
About the Role: We are looking for experienced Civil Operators to join our team on a range of exciting infrastructure and roading projects. If you have the skills to operate heavy machinery and a passion for quality work, this is your opportunity to be part of a growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery such as excavators, loaders, rollers, and graders
- Carry out earthworks, drainage, and site preparation tasks
- Perform daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance on equipment
- Work closely with site supervisors to ensure projects are delivered safely and on time
- Adhere to all health and safety requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience operating civil construction machinery
- Current WTR endorsements and Class 2 licence (Class 4/5 a bonus)
- Strong understanding of health and safety practices
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Reliability and a positive attitude
