HEAVY CIVIL OPERATOR WANTED –
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Heavy Civil Operator to join a highly respected company delivering top-tier civil and infrastructure projects. This is your chance to work directly alongside a hands-on Director who genuinely values and supports every team member.
If you take pride in your work and know your way around earthworks, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Operating heavy machinery across civil and infrastructure projects
- Carrying out earthworks including site cuts, bulk fills, and land shaping
- Working with GPS-guided machinery for precision work
- Supporting site teams to deliver high-quality results safely and efficiently
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience in civil construction
- Strong background in heavy civil operations
- Proven experience in earthworks (cuts, fills, shaping)
- Confident using GPS machine control systems
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused
