Experienced Drainage & Civil Operator | Blenheim/Marlborough Are you a skilled operator who knows their way around a trench? We are looking for a reliable Class 1 WTR Operator with a solid background in drainage to join our busy team working across the beautiful Marlborough region.
The Role This isn’t just about sitting in a cab. We need a versatile operator who understands the precision required for drainage and reticulation. You’ll be primarily operating on a Class 1 license with WTR endorsements, handling excavators and rollers for essential infrastructure and civil projects. What’s in it for you?

About You You’ll be our 'boots on the ground' expert. We are looking for:
- Licenses: Minimum Class 1 with valid WTR endorsements (essential).
- Experience: Proven track record in drainage (pipe laying, trenching, or reticulation) and general civil earthworks.
- Versatility: You’re happy to jump out of the machine and assist the ground crew when the job requires it.
- Reliability: You show up, work hard, and keep a high standard of safety.
- Requirements: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and MOJ background check.
