We are looking for a reliable and experienced Telehandler Operator / Labourer to join our team in the Bay of Plenty region on a fixed-term contract, supporting the delivery of a large commercial construction project.
This is a hands-on role combining skilled plant operation with general site labouring duties to ensure efficient and safe project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate telehandler equipment safely and efficiently on active construction sites.
- Load, unload, and transport materials as required across site
- Support general labouring duties when machinery operation is not required
- Carry out pre-start checks and maintain equipment in good working condition
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience operating telehandlers in construction environments
- WTR Endorsement (required)
- Strong commitment to health & safety practices
- Full New Zealand driver's licence
- Site Safe certification (advantageous but not essential)
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
