We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Civil Machine Operator to join our team in the Palmerston North region. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong safety awareness, good communication skills, and a reliable work ethic.
What you'll be doing
- Operating civil machinery on site
- Assisting with general civil works as required
- Carrying out daily machine checks and reporting any issues
- Working alongside other operators and site staff
- Completing basic paperwork and production records
- Following all health and safety requirements
What we're looking for
- Previous experience operating civil machinery (essential)
- Valid Class 1 driver's licence
- WTR endorsement
- Strong awareness of machine care and maintenance
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Reliable and safety-focused work ethic
