Operator

We’re looking for skilled digger operators experienced on machines from 1.5 to 20 ton to join a growing pipeline of work across residential and light commercial projects. If you’re confident on the controls and take pride in doing tidy, efficient work, we’d like to hear from you.

Location: CENTRAL/WEST AUCKLAND

Requirements:

• Hold a valid WTR licence
• Class 1 licence
• Class 2 licence is a bonus
• Pass a pre-employment drug test

What we’re looking for:

• Experience operating 1.5–20T diggers
• Ability to work unsupervised and follow plans
• Good understanding of site safety and awareness (services, levels, surroundings)
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
• Experience on a variety of jobs – trenching, site cuts, foundations, prep, drainage
• Must be happy with helping out on the ground when needed
